I took my 12 year old niece and we were both quite disappointed by our experience especially given the hefty price of $50/pax. The punch needle designs were obviously just bought online from taobao/shopee, and the instructor did not bother to properly explain or demonstrate the technique, felt like she was just a part timer that was randomly hired to host the activity. After 10 mins in, she told us to just work on it on our own and she left to go back to sit at the counter. I know I am being quite harsh but to be very honest we both felt that we were better off just watching YouTube tutorials for it on our own and buying these kits online. Personally would not recommend and am very disappointed.
Dear Tammie At the time of the session, we were shorthanded, with only three staff managing a team-building group of 20 participants. While our instructor provided guidance and designs for participants to choose from, she also made it clear that guests could work on their own designs and were welcome to ask for assistance if needed. Unfortunately, it appears that you may not have fully experienced this support.
