Very convenient. Close to amenities. food no problem and rental of ski equipment is at the hotel too. If you don’t feel like eating out, you can have simple cooking at the apartment.

Well organised ski trip, I booked the option which includes rentals, accomodation and lift passes. Phoenix ski resort is quite large, and very nice wide slopes. Ski in ski out resort, recommend.

Amazing shuttle experience for us, comfortable and on time. We booked a round trip shuttle and we were the only ones so it was a private car. Guide David was very nice.

The condo room was nice. We were lucky to catch the first snow of the year there, and it was really fun to watch and play. The condo was equipped with a full floor heating system to ensure guests were comfortable in the cold weather. All the staffs there (from receptionists to the snow park staffs- staffs at the boots & equipments fitting session, staffs minding the gondola, staffs at the snowpark entrance, staffs at the Ondam restaurant etc) were really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there. The tour guide David was top in service, he assisted us throughout and all the arrangements were properly made. Highly recommended!

性價比很高的行程，住到靚酒店又滑到雪， 不過指示不夠清晰，我不太知道去那裡報到租借滑雪工具，酒店資料於事前都沒有資訊。
