Building and company was easy to find. We came 30 mins ahead of our schedule to avoid being late and was attended to immediately, started the consultation early too. Our teacher, Riley, was very accommodating and easy to understand. We had questions and she easily answered them. Great experience if you're looking to find the colors that suit you in terms of clothing, makeup, etc.

This place was very calming and peaceful. The facility worker, Riley was very friendly and great to talk to. Riley speaks good English and easy to understand. The overall experience was wonderful and felt very professional. The atmosphere is clean and the testing is smooth. I would recommend to others, locals and tourist. 😁✨

An incredibly informative and interesting session covering personal color, body shape, hairstyles, and glasses. The whole experience was super interactive and easy to follow, making it a lot of fun. Riley was so nice and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process!

I visited Image HO’s Hongdae location during my trip to Seoul and it was genuinely one of the highlights of my entire trip. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel completely at ease — they offered tea, explained every step of the process, and were incredibly patient and thorough. I booked the Detailed Course and received a full written report via email in English within two weeks — something I’ll honestly reference for years when shopping for clothes and makeup. 我对彩妆产品一直很感兴趣，所以为了购买适合自己的颜色的彩妆产品，预约了个人色彩诊断！而且店铺位置离弘大入口站很近，非常方便。 顾问老师和翻译老师都非常热情地接待了我，让人感觉很舒服，空间也非常整洁，让心情变得很好。 个人色彩咨询过程非常系统，会一步一步耐心讲解，这一点让我很满意。我被诊断为第一名春季浅色（Spring Light）类型。 我平时经常穿比较深色的衣服，听到这些颜色其实不太适合我时有点小难过，不过老师说只要不靠近脸部使用，还是可以穿的，哈哈！ 做完个人色彩诊断后，我还去附近的Olive Young重新买了一些彩妆产品ㅎㅎ。老师也推荐了购物咨询服务，不过因为时间关系我就自己去逛了。 很推荐Imageho！！👍

We opted for the Basic Course for 3 people. It was a great experience, and even the Basic Course was very in-depth. Aurora helped us and she was very sweet and went above and beyond to help us. This was fun to do with friends and I would highly recommend visiting! P.S There is another location further down the street, make sure you go to the correct place!

Sunny is super nice and patient while figuring out what types of color and style of clothing fits my body best. really great experience , highly recommended. and I would like to try their make up class in the future.
