Phuket: Klase ng Pagpapakilala sa Muay Thai Boxing para sa mga Nagsisimula

Took 2 kids (8 and 13) for the beginning section. Coaches were helpful and put much effort to train them. He didn't go easy on them which show how serious and professional he was and I liked it so much. Kids had excellent time there and enjoyed much, even lots of sweat. Recommend everyone to join even children.

Our group of four—three adults and one child—had an amazing time! This was our first experience, and we couldn't have asked for a better one. The coaches were exceptional, not only in their knowledge but also in making the class so enjoyable for everyone. We had a 7y/o with us, and the coaches were incredibly patient, taking the time to explain the movements in a way that was easy for all of us to follow. It was such a fun experience, and I truly believe it’s perfect for all fitness levels. If we’re ever back in Thailand, we’ll definitely be signing up again. Highly recommended!

團體班很好玩！他區分了新手和老手區，我們參加新手區，全程有老師慢慢指導，老師有心機慢慢說明，說完英語說普通話😂有熱身環節，學習基本拳腳，對打環節，打沙包環節和拉筋。對打環節是最刺激好玩的，共流了三小時的汗！正😄

Friendly and experienced staff, easy to find location. Best to bring your own gear, especially wraps otherwise you can borrow some there

I did Muay Thai class with my 9-year-old son. It was so much fun and I'm proud of myself because I worked out. The yellow-haired teacher who taught Beginner was very kind. He taught the class to his child. He kept complimenting me, making him excited. I highly recommend it. 👍👍👍

Trainers will double check with you if it's your first time or not. They'll guide you along the punching and kicking forms. Most importantly, there's a good mix of play and intensity so do give them a try should you be in Phuket and are curious about Muay Thai

been there for training, it was pretty intense morning. Started with warming up, stretching then coaching, we lighly sparred each other and cooling down in the end. It was good workouts

教練們用心教導，每個環節都非常的紮實，訓練強度很足夠，空間足夠學生多也不擁擠，很舒適

The class was so much fun! The insturctors adapted their training to the individual levels, making it work for everyone.
