Ticket sa Buckingham Palace na may Royal Walking Tour

I was not able to join the tour unfortunately because of medical reasons but Klook helped me in refunding my booking. Thanks Klook for your understanding and assistance.

its was pretty amazing. i recomended to book this tour. friendly tour guide and very funny aswel. easy access

overall ok. guide was acceptable and provided some humour. there’s an optional tipping at the end when the guide shows you her personal QR code which leads to specified amounts of £5, £10 etc that can be paid via credit cards etc. thankfully weather was good. if weather is bad, it will still take place with the walking outdoor.

The tour itself was good. Anything else was horrible. A. The website has a google map link to a wrong gathering point, which is 30mins walk from the correct one. We had to take a taxi in a rush to get to the right location, which cost us 16 pounds. B. When we tried to double check with a klook customer service, they gave a wrong address again. C. When we tried to contact the local vendor, they couldn't find our bookings in the system. It's likely that Klook messed up with the booking. Luckily the local vendor let us in anyways.

the entrance ticket was only GBP32 per person but Klook charged two of us over hkd1700…. it’s ridiculous. the meeting point information was wrong so I could not join the morning tour and needed to reschedule my activities to make it in the afternoon. it’s a nightmare and I would like to ask for a refund!!!!!
