Hindi ko nakita ang gabay dahil nagkamali ako sa lokasyon ng pagkikita. Akala ko tatawag man lang ang gabay kapag hindi niya ako nakita. Wala akong tiket sa pagpasok at hindi ako makapasok sa alinmang lugar kahit na bumisita ako nang mag-isa. Kaya para makuha ang tiket, sinubukan kong tawagan ang gabay nang higit sa 30 beses pero nabigo lang. Higit sa lahat, naintindihan ko na ang tiket na ito ay para sa pagpasok at hindi para sa guided tour.

It is common across all our tours that the guide will not be checking and answering calls during this period. 3. The tour description clearly outlines the fixed start and end times. We understand that our guide was already at the Cloud Forest when you contacted him an hour later. 4. We are relieved that Jess from Gardens by the Bay team was able to assist you and pass over our pre-purchased tickets to you.
