Chucky Cat Cafe sa KOMTAR JBCC (JOHOR BAHRU)

This was my second visit to Chucky Cat Cafe and it was such a joy to see both familiar and new furry faces! This time, I brought my mum and brother along for their very first cat cafe experience — and we all had a ball of time playing with the adorable cats. We especially enjoyed making them chase the string-and-bell toy, and even got to feed them some treats. One small suggestion for the cafe would be to allow each guest to purchase more than one packet of treats, as the cats were so eager and we would have loved to feed them a little more! On a side note, Klook should look into ensuring that the establishment is aware of bookings made through the platform. When we arrived, the staff mentioned they were no longer on Klook, which was confusing since my booking went through successfully and I received my PDF ticket via email. Thankfully, we were still able to enter, but it would be great if this could be clarified to avoid future confusion for other guests. Overall, we had a wonderful time with the cats, and I’ll definitely be back again!

Friendly staff. Place is clean. There were enough cats for us to feed, play and take photos with. Definitely recommend this plus, theyre expanding. I think you may walk in too, without placing a booking on a weekday.

easy redemption. very clean place. many cats to play with. there is even a photobooth which we can sent the photo to our email. boy ended up playing the switch games there.

I will highly recommend cat lovers to this cat cafe! the staff on duty was very friendly and interacted with us. She shared valuable information about the cats’ behaviour and health issues to take note of. One of the cat had some allergies and she was observant and quickly massaged its throat area gently to relieve it. The cats were generally sociable and patrons need to give those cats wearing the red collar some space. The cats were relaxed and some playful ones played with the patrons. A pity i didn’t get the name of the staff working. Will like to compliment her on her great service and caring attitude towards the cats. We visited on 16 July 2025 at 12.30-1.30pm

Great one hour spent inside the cafe together with the cats, especially if they are lounging around the area. Very lovable!

Second time visiting. If purchase from Klook will get a complementary cat treat which is very important (to attract them)

the cats are quite friendly although quite a few will only come if you have food, but overall a wonderful experience!!

super cute place!! some cats are more chill and don’t mind being pet while others may dodge you 😭 but atmosphere was rlly nice + many cats!!
