Enjoyed the stay but it was noisy trying to get to sleep in the cottage room and I’m curious as to why there were only 9 loungers in the spa but there are 60 bedrooms ? I had to sit on a chair .. not really the spa experience I was looking for.
Also another gripe of mine is no full length mirrors in bedrooms ? And no table near a mirror to sit and dry hair and do makeup ? It’s the little things that make all the difference.

Friendly and helpful staff. Helpful to make special arrangements and supportive of our requirements. Comfortable surroundings, quiet and aesthetic facility. Additional spa, good pool and gym. Plenty of parking and perfect location for special occasions.

We had an amazing time at this place. Staff were really friendly, delicious breakfast and afternoon tea, great spa facilities, and the treatments were amazing. Highly recommended. Only minor issue was only one channel would work on the TV due to signal issues. A smart TV would have been good.

Set in stunning grounds I wasn’t sure what to expect from the interior. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The spa is very nice the changing rooms were adequate you need £1 coin for the locker but the pool and treatment rooms were very nice. The sun loungers were a little tired and worn and they are very close to the ground so getting in and off them can be somewhat tricky. Very pleasantly surprised by the food in the restaurant, very good and staff in all areas were friendly and engaging.
