Lovely hotel in excellent location, walking distance to restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping area, museums etc. couple of minutes walk from bus and rail station. Hotel is lovely, huge rooms, clean and comfortable. Our room overlooked the piazza which was busy, but we had no noise so great soundproofing. The pool is across the road so easy to get to, however they have limited sun beds so need to get there earlier. Hotel staff were helpful in guiding how to get to certain places. Staff were very polite and overall hotel amenities were good. The hotel does not offer the free Suditrol travel pass and you have to go to the bus station to buy one, despite what it says on the internet! Had a lovely stay here and would return.

Staff was always helpful and informative.

Our stay in Hotel Greif during April was wonderful. The hotel was the perfect base for exploring this beautiful region, with comfortable accommodations, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. The spring weather, blooming landscapes, and stunning mountain views made our visit even more memorable. Restaurants and convenient stores are within walking distance including the train station. The staff were friendly and attentive, helping make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We would stay at this hotel again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bolzano.

Hotel Greif is a lovely hotel with a superb location right on the historic central piazza in Bolzano. Our room was well appointed, comfortable, and had beautiful views out of the windows. The breakfast was excellent and the front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. Public parking was a bit challenging for us given that we had rented a car, but other than that, our experience was top notch.

This is a beautiful property— very spacious and with attention to little comforts. The front desk and breakfast staff were eager to assist.

Great location, great breakfast, nice place

Room was outrageously nice, extremely comfy bed, views over the town and surrounding mountings were stunning. Breakfast was exceptional, as were the staff. Room 105 FTW. Highly recommend.
