Good afternoon. I'd like to thank the hotel staff for their hospitality. My wife and I came to Fethiye from Mersin for a few days and spent a long time choosing a hotel. We finally settled on the Tanris City House and weren't disappointed. The room was excellent, clean, non-smokers, with a terrace, and an excellent and rich breakfast every day. The location is superb in the center of Fethiye, near the Erasta shopping center and the bus station. We will only stay at this hotel from now on. Thank you for your hard work, and I hope the hotel maintains this level of service in the future.

Oda temizdi, kahvaltı yeterliydi, ancak sıcak su akmıyordu. Teknik bir sorun olmuş sanırım. İki gün kaldık, düzelmedi, yeterince bilgilendirilmedik de süreçle ilgili. Elbette bazı aksaklıklar olabilir. Ama hiç duş kullanılamadı. Tarafımızdan özür dilendi. Ama sonuç değişmedi.

This was the worst hotel we have stayed at, after travelling around Turkey and to several other countries. The standard was so poor, with heavy mold all over the bathroom ceiling, due to no air vent, so despite the hotel have a window in the shower permantly open, it was not effective. You could smell mold every time we entered the apartment. The window let in lots of cockroaches and flies. The standards were so poor, and this was the most expensive accomodation we have stayed at. They advertise it with a kitchen but do not have enough utensils, with 2 cups to double up as glasses. They do not want you cooking, and supplied a kitchen sponge that was so old and dirty. It is not run professionally, we had to ask if an old door frame be removed which was in front of our door, blocking access. The first day the electricity cut out several times, and the hot water. They have work men working into the night with drills and hammering. The receptionist was constantly apologising to us and many other guests. The bathroom light was not working over the basin, and was told it would be fixed but never was. The reception area was a constant hangout for family of the staff. With only 9 reviews they have clearly removed their previous account and set up a new one, hence little reviews and good reviews. I would now recommend this accomodation.

Easy walk to the Erasta Centre and Bus station as a stay over in transit from Dalaman Airport
