The gym equipment is very basic and much of it does not work or is broken.
Had to checkout out in the middle of a thunderstorm - got soaking wet. No flexibility to stay in room until storm had passed.
Very clean, great breakfasts, lovely location

Best customer service ever. We were greeted at the front desk with a bottle of Cava. We got there a little early and they were very attentive and accommodating. The hotel is very clean. 3 pools. 5 minute walk to the beach and main Street with hundreds of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops. The rooms are very spacious and the bed is perfect. It was very quiet too. The breakfast was excellent. This hotel check all the boxes. Outstanding.
