Room is beautiful.. all areas are well maintained .. staff is ok .. casino workers are not up to same standard as other places weve been

I loved my stay at Fili. The hotel and the mall attached were fantastic. My only negative was the Casino took a lot of my cash and cash is hard to get in the Philippines. Next time I will probably gamble less and eat more. There are some great restaurants there.

Hotel workers were great. Hotel management was terrible. Casino management was even worse. Don't waste your time.

Great place to stay. The staff were very accommodating.

The staff took forever to clean my room . I told the lady at 10 am that I would want a make up room. And she even asked me for my room number and to my disappointment when I went back at 2:30!in the afternoon the room was not yet done . I called and spoke to three different front desks staff and they always told me in 3 min they will come to clean . Until finally my last call the cleaning lady came and cleaned it . For a 5 star hotel this is worst since this was the first time I experienced this . Very incosiderare and inattentive to their hotel guests .

Nothing beats this hotel when staying in Cebu City,, including food and shopping whether within or around the area!

Great family stay. Pool, mall, casino.

In town for business and enjoyed staying in a suite for a couple of days. Spacious room, beautiful views. Breakfast buffet is fantastic. Took advantage of the executive lounge access for refreshments and quick bites in the afternoon.

Check in took several. Our rooms were not ready until 4 hours later. Wasted our time and ruined some of our plans that day. However, they offered us drink vouchers and late check out to our satisfaction. Eunard handled our check in and issues and was very professional. He did a great job and tried his best to get as in our room asap. We had 2 Seaview rooms and the rooms were nice. Although, the bathroom needs a little bit more thorough cleaning to include the walls (1504). One of the rooms (1506) had some flying bugs as we entered and had to start killing them. 1506 has some molds in the bathroom. Breakfast was one of the best we had on this family vacation. Overall, the hotel is very nice. The staff were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this hotel to people who likes a luxurious hotel stay. Note: You need to make a far u-turn to get to the hotel if you're coming from the airport or the Cebu City side. That part is kind of annoying.
