Beautiful hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff

Spacious, comfortable room. Breakfast was delicious. Staff went out of their way to be helpful! I felt welcome and well taken care of.

AC was a little weak, but it's ok.

This is one of the largest hotels in Sadec. It’s about the only true 3 stars hotel. Centrally located and walking distance to good local restaurants and attractions. Staff provides excellent customer service. Daily breakfast buffets with decent variety of local dishes along with cook to order eggs and hot noodle soup. Drawbacks: poorly designed bath tubs shower that splashed on to the floor

Great place to stay and central in Sa Dec. Very clean rooms and AC was a godsend in the humidity. Be aware there are two trays of drinks/snacks, one is paid and the other is free, only the free items have a sign. The paid items are inexpensive. Laundry services was great, and paid by the item. Overall a great place to stay

Good food/ bathtub floor got a lot of water On the floor after a shower.

Receptionists were terrible. I stood there for 30 minutes, waiting for them to finish whatever they were doing. And they really wasn't doing anything because there was no one in the hotel. I walked back out for 10 minutes, I walked back in and they still sat there and said nothing and I had to interrupt them and tell them I know you're not busy. I need help... They actually could not help me book a bus back to my place and showed no concern... And one of the receptionists volunteer some information to someone else who was helping me in a phone call, that was personal.... And the information was not true, and it aused a personal problem.. With me and my family... That was so unprofessional, and she knew what she was doing... In the long run, I had to rely on someone else in another city to book me a bus....
