Varsha did a great job and she is very nice person

Hotel location is good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Front Desk staff was unfriendly, from check in to check out.

My first negative review - which i know will go unnoticed by the hotel as they are now sadly just running as a ‘guest house’ and event management space with a team that turns a blind eye to just about everything. Choose the Hilton close by - much much better. Don’t know how IHG hasn’t taken note of the decline of one of their primary business hotels in jaipur. Been staying at the property for the last few years. Location being the primary factor for this decision. Bathrooms are now run down, tables in bedrooms have cracks, pillows are smelly and there is mildew everywhere. The biggest disappointment is the food - and having stayed here over 30 - 40 nights over the past two years the decline in the quality has been shocking. They take no heed to your comments on the food and charge you despite taking it back untouched. Air conditioning is ineffective and most importantly half the electrical fittings in the room don’t work. Also they don’t honor the two people breakfast charge which you pay for on this site. The voucher is null and void. The old management has left, amenities are non existent. Some staff members (the old one now very few in number) are helpful. The rest lack training and common decency. It’s better to get a room on air bnb or opt for a better hotel at 2-3 k more than to waste your time at this hotel.

All is well , good hotel. Good staff. Good price .

Horrible bed

It was so terrible staying in Holiday Inn Jaipur city Centre because the AC was not working in the room for two days. I was there, but they did not help me with that. Neither the minibar was working so that I can get chilled water and when I asked for the water bottles, then the bottles from the top those were glass bottles, but those were chipped so please be aware that you don’t swallow the glass chip,like I did The sink in the washroom was in terrible condition. No variety of buffet Delhi, the same menu with Limited options with no hygiene and quality.

Fair for the price! We ordered some food from the “dining service” lack of taste. Other than that it was a great hotel.

I stayed in Holiday Inn for about 5-6 nights. It's a five star hotel but lacks that five star charm. Rooms are nice but dated and need updating. Staff was really nice and friendly with someone on front desk or floor always available to help you. Washrooms too need updating with all chrome taps and toilet seem so old and need replacing. I had to ask them to change the room asigned as it had a distinct smell & toilet seat had a permanent mark on it. Air-conditioning in the room is great but in lobby you feel the heat but it was 43 C outside. Breakfast in the 1st floor was fantastic and for INR 2200 it offers a lots of options and can also prepare almost anything, if you are looking for something specific. There's a small mall across and mcdonald next door. Over all its not a bad place to stay in Jaipur center.

I booked this hotel not knowing how it is going to be. I was very impressed with all their services, staff, cleanliness and over all how well kept this hotel is.

Good for a business stay
