Central great views safe and kind people

Room was as you'd expect. Disappointing the room is not cleaned every day, or at least replace towels. Perfectly located. Would recommend.

No house keeping, no air conditioning. I was very uncomfortable at night because it was so hot.

Amazing hotel right next to the TV tower! Room was great views! Breakfast was also good- especially needed for a day of walking round Berlin. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Berlin!

Lovely clean modern room in a very centrally located hotel. Very small negative is that there is only a coffee machine which for a tea drinker wasn’t good.

This hotel is OK if you are staying for 1 or 2 nights and are happy to live out of your suitcase. However there are a number of issues if you are staying for a longer period. 1. Storage space - There are no drawers in the rooms, to put things like underwear or small clothing items. In the double room there was only one bedside cabinet which meant all my bedside items (book, phone etc) had to go on the floor 2. Bathroom - There wasn't one. The handbasin was in the passage between the door of the room and the bedroom section. There was a shower compartment which opened onto the bedroom with a curtain to hide you when you were showering. My wife loves me very much but did not particularly want to see me washing my "bits". 3. If you are female there is nowhere to put make up or any other things that a lady needs to make herself presentable on leaving the room. 4. Breakfast was nice but because the hotel appears to cater especially for tour groups it is difficult to get a table at times. 5. Hotel bar - There is no bar service,you have to wait for a waiter to take your order and bring it. On one occasion this resulted in a 15 minute wait before ordering and then a 30 minute wait for the drinks to arrive. 6. Room cleaning - They have an unnecessary technological system where you press a button the wall to request room cleaning the next day. We did this - the room was not cleaned. I am not sure how this is more efficient than hanging a note on your door requesting the room be cleaned

The room was nice and clean for what it was. The gym was decent but the smith machine rack needs a lot of lubricant love. It’s also too small for the size of this hotel. The breakfast buffet was good with lots of options. Overall not bad. Clean, safe, and fairly comfortable temperature for late May.

I would be careful booking this hotel as a new couple or just friends as the bathrooms leave very little to the imagination. The bathroom is not a separate room to the bedroom. Only a curtain to pull across with glass from the sink to the shower and only a frosted glass door to the toilet. Not private at all.
