The shower was open and no privacy and water would leak all over otherwise a good room

Booked this hotel for a solo trip very last minute. The hotel was clean and maintained well. The staff were friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is large and can hold a lot of guests there was plenty of space and not too over crowded in the lobby. The room itself as good with all amenities albeit the room was on the smaller size. One drawback was the shower curtain that separated the the shower area with the rest of the room. This was fine as a solo traveller but might have been difficult if I was travelling with others. The breakfast area was very clean and a good choice. The usual continental breakfast options and plenty of options available. The best thing about the hotel is the location to Alexanderplatz. For anyone visiting to sight see this hotel would be ideal with many places within walking distance as well as excellent transport links around the city.

Wonderful stay at the park inn hotel. Located in the heart of alexanderplatz offers panoramic views of the city, rivaling the views on offer from the nearby Fernsehturm. All other areas of berlin are easily accessible as U&S Bahn as well the tram are all just a stones throw away. Booked a standard room, it was mid-size, clean and tidy, had coffee making facilities, complimentary bottle of sparkling water.. However my only little minor criticism of the room was the lack of wardrobe space. On site gym and solarium available. The gym was free to use however the solarium cost an extra five euro. Variety of options available at breakfast from healthy to sweet and savoury items. Breakfast was not included in the booking price but worth the extra cost. Staff were friendly and efficient. I was able to check in early into my room, just before 2pm. I will look to book this place again the next time I need to go to berlin 10/10

Great hotel, clean and bright room. Only downside is that there’s no fridge (at least not in the room I was in)

Clean room, good breakfast in a large restaurant and a great central location.

Had a great stay, excellent location, compact rooms but everything you need.

Sitcom didn’t work in our room no refrigerator in room ???

Bonne emplacement mais ont voit quehotel commence a viellire.: certains elevateurs bruyant

Staff was accommodating and friendly. Room was clean although damaged furnishings made for extremely uncomfortable sleeping arrangements.

Good location in Alexanderplatz. Clean rooms. Good staff.
