ดีมาก We stayed at the Sure Stay Best Western for 3 nights in July 2026. The hotel was clean and the staff were very nice. The hotel is aged and looks dated. The rooms were adequate but the AC is an external unit that can't be left on continuously and the beds are doubles. Further the door lock was finicky but would work after several attempts. The area was quiet and easy to access transit to get downtown. Based on the high hotel prices in Vancouver, the lower cost here was definitely worth it.

ดีมาก We started out in a second floor studio. There was an unpleasant odour in the room when we arrived. The air conditioning unit was very old and very loud.
We informed the front desk. They said the hotel was full and couldn’t move us. The next day we received a call with an offer to move us to a suite on the ground floor. It was great. We were much happier with that room. Clean and accessible.
My husband swam in the outdoor pool a couple of times. That was a bonus. Location very convenient for our needs.

ดี A comfortable bed and a good shower head. But the room showed no care in decor. The furniture didn't match and everything was a bland beige. The a/c barely worked.
There is a breakfast restaurant adjacent but not a complimentary breakfast.

ยอดเยี่ยม Overall, it exceeded my expectations. Considering it has not been renovated, it was kept clean. Also friendly front desk and housekeeping staff. Great location also.

We stayed here for 3 nights and really got to make ourselves at home. Our daughter enjoyed the pool, we all enjoyed the on-site restaurant De Dutch, and found it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go.
