Perfect for a solo traveler. The room was of a decent size, and I found it quite comfortable. I was on the 7th floor in the corner room and truly enjoyed the window view of the street and the lights in the evenings. Everything was very clean and organised in the hotel. Apart from the usual set of toiletries in the room, it was possible to grab the additional ones from the table in the lobby, should one need them. The staff was super friendly and helpful, very professional. Breakfast was delicious and very healthy. It was a buffet, and I made my own combination of Western and Japanese food. The hotel is located just about 10 minutes away from the Tokyo station in a business area, and I found it very convenient for everything I wanted to do or see as a first timer in the city.

The room was a lot smaller than in the photos. It is convenient next to all the stations but was disappointed with the size of the room and bathroom. I know most hotels in Japan are small but comparing to the photos it was smaller than I thought.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Very clean, laundry room available with ice machine inside. No need to have your own soup, already have it there. English translation already available. Loved how close you have access to stations to get around. Good food close by. Thank you we have a great time with our stay.

Staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. Facilities include coin laundry, vending machines, and luggage storage space. Neighbourhood is quiet and near to train stations.

Well located, clean and staff all good. Room was compact as you might expect. There are two of the same hotels in close proximity so check street name/district before travelling!

Our room was a bit small but, despite being located beside the expressway, it was very quiet. The hotel obviously has very good windows! The breakfast buffet was okay, but not as good as some of the others we've had in Japan.
