Tidy, some staff were helpful and friendly. Some were less so. Good location with lots of nice walks available in the local forest.

The rooms are nice (even the ones at the back in a boring rectangular box building). The food was very good and the staff were in general very polite. However the only let down was that there was no shower gel in the container, had to use the handwash soap dispenser by the sink for a shower. WiFi was good, TV selection limited to a few channels, check-in & out was pretty swift, general up-keep of the hotel was good. Parking was a small concern, it has a big carpark which sweeps down the side of the building but even then there was only 1 space which I gladly took. If you get a room at the back of the hotel then be prepared for a hike as it is a long walk, especially after a 12 hour drive from the UK, carrying heavy luggage and working outside in the 36deg sun....

All good but then again, it is 4* so it should be

The restaurant was very nice.

Shower was not working. And when I brought it up to the reception, there was no reaction at all - No apologies, no action to fix it. It is the bare minimum we expect of a hotel to have a working shower and for some reason it is not working, then to get it fixed.

A very disappointing visit in a very shabby hotel. Room was at the far end of a very shabby building and through untidy corridors. Water cooler with no cups and coffee machines without coffee or cups. The room was clean but shabby. Flush on toilet hanging off the wall. QR code for hotel information not working. Restaurant has a very limited menu and many flies around it. My husband was ill the day after we stayed here. Can’t believe it has a 4 star rating. Staff were good.

Family friendly hotel with great facilities in a lovely location. Helpful staff and a reasonable price. Some elements are a bit tired but for the price we couldn’t really complain! Would recommend.

The staff and lobby were nice. The mattresses and pillows were uncomfortable. The hotel smelled musty and needed some repairs.
