Gîte très agréable, les lieux sont très bien entretenus et d’une tranquillité sans pareil. L’accueil et les services proposés sont de très bonnes qualités. Les échanges échanges avec le maître des lieux sont également très agréable. Nous reviendrons assurément Lionel

An absolute gem in the Loire Valley! This place is ideally located for exploring the beautiful Châteaux de la Loire. The property itself is absolutely stunning, incredibly peaceful, and decorated with immense taste. We loved the numerous pieces of artwork beautifully displayed throughout our room, the common areas, and even outside in the gardens! The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the entire place is well-appointed and thoughtfully designed. Another huge plus is the fantastic family room, which is spacious and perfect for those traveling with loved ones. As animal lovers, we were completely charmed by the adorable donkeys, chickens, two adorable dogs and sheep. They have a massive, open pasture to roam free and you can truly tell they are happy living there. Above all, our host was absolutely charming and warm, making us feel right at home. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. A perfect stay!

JP is a wonderful host. The accommodation is excellent for families with kids and for anyone, there is a small game room and farm animals, and a special dog named Marcel. You can feel that there was a lot of thinking about everything. Our kids will probably remember this 2 nights stay as the highlight of our 2 weeks trip.

This was my second stay at 'Le Clos des Chateaux' in the magical little one bedroom 'Gite'. I love the beautiful and tranquil setting and the 'Gite' has been carefully and creatively restored, plus it has everything you need and is immaculately clean. My stay was just as memorable and enjoyable as my previous trip in 2023. Also it was lovely to see the charming and friendly owner Jean - Philippe "JP" again, who always makes you feel very welcome. Sadly I couldn't stay as long this time, but I made the most of my 4 nights and 3 days relaxing in the very well appointed property and cycling around the chateaux, forests and rivers in the stunning Loire Valley. I will definitely return - Merci beaucoup 'JP'.

Excellent séjour dans ce havre de paix restauré avec beaucoup de goût. Le gite indépendant est très confortable et la salle de bain dans l’ancien pigeonnier tout simplement magique !! A recommander +++

Une superbe expérience sur le chemin du retour à Paris. Idéalement situé au milieu des châteaux de la Loire, à quelques km de Cheverny, au milieu de la nature (aucune autre habitation à 1km à la ronde)! On s'y sent bien et les enfants ont adoré les animaux !

L’accueil de Jean Philippe est tout simplement parfait et sa bâtisse magnifique ! Hâte de revenir.

Great stay, with a very welcoming host, clean and charming rooms, great breakfast. The farm animals, family rooms and game room make it perfect for a family stay. Highly recommended!

A ‘Magical Gem’ set in beautiful, peaceful and tranquil countryside, but only a few minutes from the local village. Jean-Philippe ‘JP’ the wonderful and charming owner has created something truly special at ‘Le Clos des Chateaux’ with his creativity, style and eye for detail. The charming little ‘Gite’ I stayed in was beautifully restored and immaculately clean with everything I needed for my 6 night visit and it made the perfect base for my daily trips out on my bike to explore the area. My soul was singing once more when I came to leave - ‘ Merci beaucoup JP ‘.
