Been staying here for my business trips and has always been a pleasure. The room is spacious enough with high ceiling and have complete toilettries and clean.. Haven't tried swimming but this area is the hotel's biggest asset as you can see in the photos. This hotel is also connected to a mall, with 5 minute walk and seemed to be connected to train station. I just hope that the the lounge with conference room would be open for use for others not just for suite guests -even if it's charged as we need to work together.

The kids club and pool was lovely. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location to 1utama mall.

No body lotion and tap water goes down really slow. Everything else was great. Free fruits and couple of snacks in the room.

Good location

Breakfast venue was crowded.

Great gym, infinity pool Good meeting place for all, especially for business trip

Everything was good except for the smell in the lift, quite unpleasant.

Second stay within a week. Everything is well maintained, with knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient for One Utama shopping centre.
