Great location. Great staff. Great breakfast.

Our stay at the Brighton Hotel could not have been better. The room was excellent in all aspects...size of bed, cleanliness, view of the city and size. Staff was always more than accommodating. Breakfast was lovely and always welcoming. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Wow!! What a beautiful hotel! From the minute we arrived, we felt so welcome and taken care of. The staff were so helpful and friendly, the rooms were comfortable and the lounge/bar area was a great place to hang out. And the location was great! We were so close to the Louvre and to a lot of great restaurants. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Luis was amazing, fabulous check in experience. His hospitality was top notch! All the staff was so polite and helpful. Great location for the louvre and Tuileries garden.

Excellent location, staff were wonderful, We were upgraded to a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Room was lovely and comfortable, breakfast delicious. Can’t wait to go back

Get ready to be disappointed! The hotel staff and concierge service were highly unqualified. The rooms are grossly misrepresented on the Hotels.com website and the staff needs too be trained in customer service. - Check in was horrible - the hotel billed me through Hotels.com website even after this was booked as a "pay at property," booking. Then had the gall too charge me for the full stay again at check-in or forfeit the room. - Concierge advised they had made dinner reservations for us through the Hotels.com portal - only to tell us at check in that their "colleague" didn't do it. Staff was totally unwilling to attempt to find a dinner reservation or take ownership of error - 2 NIGHTS IN A ROW! - We booked a SUPERIOR ROOM with a Queen bed, full bath and a view. Even through we booked two months in advance, the "only room available" was on the first floor with a view to hotel construction and scaffolding right outside our window. Bed was a twin bed. Bath was a "closet sized" shower and a separate "closet sized" toilet. - No amenities at this hotel. No bar or lounge. Buffet breakfast that looked like it was brought in from the street vendors. - Have been using Hotels.com for 10 years and this is by far the worst hotel I've stayed at. Photos and and ratings are WAY OFF. This is a 2.5 star hotel at best!

They said the breakfast was free, but they charged me for the BF. No wifi. Service sucks.
