Super cold air conditioning, excellent breakfast included, nice selection of drinks and snacks for buy in front, staff was very accommodating. Just perfect!

Excellent Amenities(gym, food, kitchen) staff and breakfast. Conveniently located near Borough Market and London Bridge. Definitely recommend especially for families.

Do not stay here. Terrible location. Old building. Not clean. The hallways look like they had not been redone since the 1970s. The rooms were super small and dirty. The staff was not helpful at all. I had to keep asking for toilet paper and washcloths. The thermostat did not work properly the entire time we were there. There was mold and mildew in the bathroom. The bathroom was so small. You couldn’t even get one bag on the counter. There was also an incident where my wallet got stolen right next to the front desk and the staff was not helpful at all. It is not central to anything in London except for the Tower bridge. Everything else you would have to take the tube or an expensive cab. The only thing that was halfway decent with the breakfast, but they ran out of food at at least a couple of mornings. Again, do not stay here.

Great place to stay in your vacations. highly recomended.

While the room is spacious and generally clean, the housekeeping service lacks attention to detail. During our stay, the cleaning staff removed our wet towels but failed to replace them. When we notified the front desk, they only provided bath towels, completely omitting the floor mat. A replacement floor mat was badly needed because the shower curtain installation is deeply flawed. The curtain tracks only cover about three-quarters of the shower area, leaving a major gap. As a result, it is incredibly difficult to shower without water flooding the bathroom floor.

Nice hotel, breakfast could be improved.

The breakfast was great- especially the pastries. Nice having access to a coffee machine (latte/ espresso) throughout the day. Very helpful and polite staff everywhere. All the areas were really clean.The hotel was located between a couple of tube stations accessing different lines. We have nothing to complain about.

A very good stay with lovely and helpful staff all around! The biggest ‘issue’ was the kitchen fan in our room blowing a bulb… the mechanic was up in 30 minutes, and had it fixed in 10 minutes. Breakfast is a good spread and very helpful but the kitchen amenities in the rooms are also great. There’s a Sainsburys just down the right of the road which is perfect for grabbing cheap drinks and snacks.

Clean room and friendly staff. Good breakfast!
