Breakfast was excellent! One fault - curtains didn’t close easily!

Suzie was lovely and helpful. We had a restful sleep and a beautiful breakfast. The facilities were brilliant, even had oat milk provided in room for tea and coffee

My first stay in a B&B and couldn't have hoped for a better introduction. Host really helpful, the location is unbeatable, and breakfast fantastic. Highly recommended (even more so if you're an Arsenal fan, as the owner is a Gooner!)

We stayed in room on the top floor. Room was cosy, comfortable, clean and quiet. Welcomed by host on arrival and had lovely breakfast in the morning. Perfect location for a short walk into town.

We booked for one night, last minute and found this real gem. The location is five minutes from the pier and is on a quiet side road a few yards from the sea front. Puba and restaurants were all within easy distance. We stayed in room 3 (partial sea view and a roll top bath). The room was lovely and the decor was really well thought out and we loved it. It certainly suited the whole feel of Brighton. The bed was really comfortable and we both had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was cooked to order and was very, very good. I would really recommend staying here. We are already planning a tip back and for more than just the one night.

The staff was friendly and this was a very comfortable stay. We were, however, up 4 flights of steep stairs and it was a bit of a schlep to get up and down. Would not recommend for anyone not fit. Not an issue for us though.

We had such a lovely time and was made to feel so welcome. The house is beautiful and the food was excellent. We highly recommend The 21, Susie was warm and welcoming and a breath of fresh air. Thank you for a wonderful stay Gary & Rich
