The walls of the room were very unclean.

The place was very clean and the staff were always smiling and helpful. The only concern was the room had a connecting door to the next room that wasn't unsecured as I was shocked when i opened it, leading me to another guest's room. I enjoyed my stay and I will most definitely visit again soon. Thanks.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

The staff was very helpful, and the room was very clean. Mostly the shower ! I’ve never had a shower where the hot water comes out so quickly. I love it!

Ideally situated for concert venues and transport links to the airport and Central Amsterdam. Lovely staff and rooms.

Breakfast was dissapointing. No Greek/natural yogurt for the last 4 days of my staying. Omellete was cold, made with no real eggs. and Please put a Decaff coffee on those machines! Not staying there anymore.

Nice place. Easy access to Amaterdam.

Nice stay. No issues! Close to train station and stadium venues. 2 minute walk to all

My apologies I never had time to write review until now due to life going fast as we say- but as planning spring holiday, I remembered about this trip that myself and my friend came to just before christmas holidays and had to best time and best stay in this beautiful hotel! One of the best hotels Ive ever come across was with the best staff and surroundings nearby too! Shops, restaurants, train station all less than 5min walk across road and the hotel was kind to give us room upgrade upon arrival making our stay even more gracious. We definitely will be back to courtyard and hopefully can recieve such great service again as we hopefully plan to stay each time we visit Amsterdam, thank you again for your kindness and hospitality welcoming us 10/10 service for sure!☺️☺️☺️

great stat
