Very Clean with nice Mountain View. Friendly staff.

The hotel did not have an air condition which was a big concern during the hot summer. The hotel is with a senior living center and both these are not split up. You will find yourselves with senior citizens moving around and require to be careful, does not give a feel of a 3 star hotel and there are much better properties for the price around center Interlaken.

excellent option close to everything

Clean room and nice staff and easy to around

Peaceful quiet place walking distance to central. Bus station right outside the entrance - 2 stops to Interlaken Ost and 1 or 2 stops to Central. Breakfast is excellent. Self use of luggage storage in a dedicated room also with coin lockers that will fit a carry-on size luggage + backpack. Property itself is although not modern and partly used by retirees but room is clean and seemed newly renovated. Recommended.

It was okay

The room is in general fine. Random people knocked my door after 10 PM on each night of my stay; I was so freaked out and check their Google reviews at night. It seems that the money stealing housekeeper terrifies me as well and keeps me worried about my property while I’m in the mountains. Luckily I don’t leave any cash in the room and my laptop is safe, but will not go to this hotel again considering how many worrying I need to take.

Our room was hot , there was no air conditioning unit . Provided a small portable unit but doesn’t work not cooling and very noisy. Staff were not friendly at all. Not a happy camper. I would be a shame to recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Super easy self checkin and checkout Wonderful location

Loved the amenities! Staff were very helpful and everything was ready as per our request upon arrival! Would gladly come back here again!
