The staff were all very nice and friendly and someone cleaned our car every morning (we didn't have to ask), so those were positive things. The water pressure is terrible, but sometimes it can be ok. Mostly it spurts out in hot or cold and it's hard to have a proper shower. We couldn't get enough water for the jacuzzi for our stay, but on the last night we were able to. The design of the bathroom is terrible. It isn't private from the rest of the room. The door to the toilet is glass and it isn't divided from the rest of the villa by a wall. On our last day, we left after breakfast and returned at 7pm and the room was not made up. I complained and they said we have to answer their text if we want the room cleaned (we didn't get any text in any case). I had to complain at night and then they had run out of hand towels and the cleaner left things behind in the room. There is breakfast included, but the food isn't very good (typical for a Bali villa though). I got a good price on Hotels.com, but I would not stay there again.

The most beautiful people who made my birthday very special and memorable!

Very nice staff and very helpful

It was lovely accommodation and the people were super nice and helpful. Would recommend and go back there!

Room was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. Was so good to have our own private pool and jacuzzi and the bed was so comfy. Nice touch to have 2 smart tvs in our smart loft upstairs and downstairs. The staff were so friendly and always greeted you when walking past. Breakfast was yummy but although we preordered on one day they had no record of the pre order and other days it took a while to come even with pre order.

Great locate place to stay

The room it was amazing we love it, it was so paceful, and clean, the privacy it was so amazing

The staff is friendly and supportive. The service is excellent. The room is so beautiful at a good location.

Spotless room! Such friendly staff Rani was AMAZING! Beautiful views and as I was solo travelling they really made me feel at ease.

Room needs clean sheets when people arrive
