That innkeepers were so kind and gave us amazing tips to help us know what to do on our trip. The location, pool, and breakfast was so delightful. I would recommend this bed-and-breakfast to anyone. Canyon Villa was a huge part of our wonderful time in Sedona.

10++++++ Canyon Villa is one of the best Bed and Breakfast places we’ve ever been to in terms of location and accommodations. Mornings were quite memorable - the Sun lighting up the red rocks, the blue sky, the delicious, homemade breakfast, the soft music playing in the background made us feel relaxed and happy. The innkeepers, Nicole and Kris were always around ready to answer questions and connect with guests. The 15 minute drive from Canyon Villa into Sedona is absolutely breathtaking!

When I arrived, there was hair in bathroom. My room was serviced exactly once in a longer than 7 day stay. I kept asking for housekeeping and kept getting told, "she is on vacation." Don't book people if you can't clean their room. Breakfast choices are dismal. They just make one thing and I asked what breakfast options were and were told "they had not decided yet," even day before what they would make. I was given food I was allergic to, and even though I had notified them I was allergic to this food on the phone prior to my stay, they said "well you never told me" when I told them I could not eat it. I saw the food on the plate and did not eat it but instead of an apology, got a lot of attitude. If you can't eat what they are making, only option is "scrambled eggs." Some bed and breakfast. Then, since I left early one day and came back late in evening, the next morning, I got a text from the hosts saying "we have not seen you," and while I was texting them back, it was followed immediately (5 seconds later) by a knock at the door and they were checking on me. It was insane. It's different to be a good host and different to be nosy like suspicious and make people feel uncomfortabl It's like staying with your nosy in-laws but without the free stay or good food. If you want to pay a lot of money for no housekeeping, dirty room and one breakfast choice (that you may not able to eat) and attitude like your nosy in laws, this place is for you. Do not recommend.

Nicole & Chris were excellent hosts. First time in area and Nicole was very informative. The Inn is very comfortable and in a great location. Breakfast was excellent!

Such a nice place with beautiful views, very friendly and romantic and great location.

While the home itself is still very 90’s, the service, food and peacefulness greatly overshadows that - along with the fabulous views to the rocks!
