I would not recommend this hotel to any one I’ve been staying here for the past 4 years this year hit breaking point last Yh I had a issue with the shower ceiling paint started leaking changed room issue resolved this year I had to call reception for clean towels twice. The safe would not open had an issue had to call 3 times in the space of a hour. The shower was overflowing outside the door clearly the seals was not maintained my partner slipped on that water chipper her toe which started bleeding went to concierge for a plaster only to be told they had none left how can a hotel have no plasters left. On another issue the hairdryer had its wall socked ripped off can be missed fair I took it down to reception a new1 came but they didn’t even test it and that was not working after all these issues only thing was a sorry but nothing resolved only positive thing was the spa massage and the Chinese restaurant part of hotel everything else disgrace don’t recommend to anyone.

The reception staff were the absolute best

Everything was good only the dishes in breakfast was not clean and too much bad

The breakfast was 25eur per person. It was expensive. The gym was not clean. The shampoo, soap …etc stuffs was not good. It was for some cheap hotels. The bathroom was broken. I told reception they did nothing

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. I had a one-bedroom suite that was well-equipped and had good amenities. However, unfortunately, the mattress was very old and uncomfortable👎. The bed linens had been washed so many times that they were very thin, and in some cases even patched👎. The bathroom towels were also very old and worn out and definitely need to be replaced with new ones.👎 I was staying on the 32nd floor, which I chose for the view, but the windows were so dirty that they completely ruined the city view.👎 In my opinion, this hotel is more like a 3-star property, even though you pay prices closer to a 4- or 5-star hotel. The breakfast was very good,👍 the staff were polite and respectful👍, the lobby was beautiful, the sauna was excellent👍and the swimming pool was decent. Overall, I would rate this hotel 5 out of 10.

The was good but not like 5 star

Spa was excellent

Our experience was very bad. There were no daily room cleans, barely had the items needed to make coffee, no towel changes , the safe boxes were not working, the breakfast was mediocre and the staff was very indifferent to all of our complaints. Never again!
