The best thing about this hotel was the location as it was near to Bayfront Park, CVS and other small shops. The breakfast was included and it was mediocre but the breakfast staff were extremely pleasant, shout out to Gabby! The room was ok, basic and has an extremely foul smell which was annoying. The air conditioning was faulty and I had to beg them 3 times to fix it. Only when I insisted the second time, they came. I asked for a restock of toilet paper to be delivered to the room and i’m still waiting on it.

All was good except the breakfast. We decided to pre-purchase 2 breakfast at the hotel for the 2 days we were there. Bad decision the buffet type breakfast was very small & not good. So on the second day, I asked them if I could use the $34 towards purchasing breakfast at the restaurant and they told me no so I wanted to losing $34 not too happy about that but I’ll know for next time don’t order the breakfast.

Staff were really friendly. They even extended my checkout time so I could get some sleep. The restaurant/bar has some decent food at reasonable prices, I was expecting outrageous prices given the hotel’s location.

It was a great location for next day Cruise Embarkation! Super clean, destination elevators, super “hip”, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional! I loved my short stay!

I enjoyed this property so much. The location was great for walking around. The breakfast off of the menu was delicious. I loved the openness of the rooms(not ideal for families). I will be back.
