The staff were the nicest our entire stay in Japan, they went out of their way to help us and were always very kind and professional. Would highly recommend to any travellers wanting to stay in Kyoto.

Very convenient location near the market and an easy walk across the bridge to Gion. The rooms were small, but comfortable, and we really appreciated the washing machine in our room. The staff was extremely helpful.

The hotel has an excellent location steps from the Nishiki market. However, the room was quiet and the beds were firm. It was very convenient to have a washer/ dryer system in the room. The room was a bit small but functional with a microwave and mini fridge in the room. Bus and subway stations are nearby.

This Hotel is amazing, the staff were so helpful and I was unable to walk far due to knee issues...this place is 1 minute from Nishiki Market an 2 mins from the train station, you are at the centre of everything in Kyoto, we won't be staying anywhere else when we visit Kyoto! Superb!

Staff were top notch!!
The owner was excellent at assisting with directions and or recommendations. (Other staff were fantastic as well)
Location was perfect for walking and exploring.
Having a washer in our suite was sweet in itself.
Room was larger than expected after coming from a Tokyo hotel.
We were extremely pleased with our staff at the GoCo Hotel.
