Nice place, rooftop is good too. They let me check in early which was nice. The bathroom vanity was damaged and they check the room for mini bar use which is annoying if you're in a hurry. Plus it leaves no room for anything you want to refrigerate. But aside from that. Nice place in a good location.

Overall, you get a clean room for a pretty low price. No fancy stuff, no facilities, no amenities, you get what you pay for. The only major downside to be aware of is the bar next door. They are allowed to play loud music till 11pm. Be prepared if you are noise sensitive.

Clean room and perfect location for the centre of the city.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Old Tbilisi and several major tourist attractions. There are also many restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. Although the property is situated on a quiet road, the bar directly opposite the hotel created frequent late‑night noise from people talking loudly. The room was spacious, and complimentary bottled water was provided daily. Both the hotel premises and the room were very clean, and housekeeping was consistently well maintained. The bed was comfortable, though the bathroom was quite small. Wi‑Fi was unreliable, which appears to be a common issue in Georgia. The power also went out multiple times during the night, which was unsettling as a solo female traveller. My main concern was the staff. I felt they could have been significantly friendlier and more helpful. It would also be beneficial if they provided clearer information about hotel facilities and practical details for guests.

Tamara and Gocha made our stay so memorable. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly. Highly recommend

Staff made me move rooms because repairs needed in my booked room and they refused to keep me in the first room for my 2 night stay because "it cost more"

The bed was very comfortable and the TV had many different language channels.

Room was clean and comfortable. Near to everywhere by walking. The reception staff was unproffessional and sullen.Exept Tamara she is always friendly to all guests. and

We took a 2-beds room. Beds were small but the location is perfect. The rooms were clean! It was our second accomation in there. Tamara was friendly. The price is perfect for such a hotel. If we will go in Tbilisi again, we will choose Silver 39 again for sure
