Staff were excellent, always smiling and attentive and very helpful. They couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were clean and had all the facilities expected of a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was more than adequate. There was a large variety of options and the quality was very good. The location of the hotel was excellent, very near the Bosphorus where we could jump on a boat and cross over to the other side or go on a tour of the Bosphorus. There are also a number of top attractions nearby, like the Dolmabahce Palace and Yildiz Saray. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to visit Istanbul on a short break.

Reception poor - not interested in English tourists - Room had no milk for tea .

Location around is good, service and facilities aren’t so good

Je leur ai demandé une annulation car j’ai eu un décès dans ma famille. Ils ont dit que ce n’est pas possible et ont prélevé le montant. Tout ce que j’ai à dire.

It was a small hotel, however it’s really clean and the staff is very good and helpful, also the location is very good.
