I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Accord chrome hotel. Customer service is excellent and food is delicious.

Awesome staff, excellent food

Had an amazing stay, the food was amazing, and it was nice to socialise with other stayers and staff during my time here. Would definitely recommend!

The staff and rooms are pretty clean. The only reason for 1 star less is for the extra charges

Hotel was very comfortable. We were upgraded to a larger room, which was a pleasant surprise. Staff were extremely helpful. Room service delivered an excellent meal. Prices were reasonable for all services. A very pleasurable stay.

Just the best staff ever! We were travelling with our 19 month old toddler and nothing was too much for the staff - they paid attention to our family, even did the check-in process via a tablet in our room so we are comfortable. We stayed twice before and after our flight from Chennai Intl. We used Accords airport pick up and drop off service for additional charge - absolutely worth every penny- they were waiting for us, ushered us to the car, helped with luggage etc! I have travelled a lot over the years and five times with my under 2yo and Accord Chrome by far beat all our combined travel experiences from service, to cleanliness, to food,. We will defo return on our next trip. Thanks all for making our stay extremely pleasant and enjoyable aftet and before our long journey!
