It’s our 5th time in Japan but 1st time with Livemax. It will be our last time as well. We booked for 4 people 2 adults and 2 Children 15 and 12. They got copies of our 4 passports at the check in. They only gave us 2 sets of everything. When I asked a front staff (10:20am on june5,26) for 2 more cups, he accused that we only booked for 2 and called me a liar in front of my daughter. When I shew him our booking for 4, there was no apology. Very rude The bathroom was full with pink mold on the floor. AC was leaking a lot of water. The cleaning after a night stay was awful.

文句のつけようがない

The front desk staff is impolite when I check in. I gave him 4 passports (2 adult female, 1 adult male and 1 teenager 13 year old male). He judged me to order a luxury two twin beds for 4 people. He asked me to show my Expedia order confirmation for him. My order confirmed with 4 people in one room. Then he continues to ask me why I think my son as a child. I said my son only 13 year old. He rolled his eyes at us🙄. Then, he showed one passport for me and said he is not 13, he is an adult. 😑😑 He showed the passport is not my son’s, it’s my husband’s. After I clarified his mistake, he didn’t have any apologies for me. He just used their own language (not English / Japanese/ Chinese) talking with his colleagues.

Clean room and good amenities. Located at the heart of Fukuoka

The room we had is not properly cleaned got hair on the bathroom when we got there. The bed has bedbugs biting our feet. The staff is not even accommodating.

Front desk didn't perform thteir duty. After we checkout, they refused to book taxi for us to airport and told us to get a taxi on the street. Luckily the Japanese staff working in the hotel cafe manage to book a taxi for us. No bottle water, tea bag and ibstant coffe provided in the room.

Pros; located btw Hakada station and Canal city Cons; very small room, locked windows, tight toilet seat from bathroom door, no complementary water, just one worn out slipper for two persons.

Very nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff, I would stay here again for sure
