Reception was horrendous, didn’t give important information like where breakfast is supposed to be and details of the stay, till prompted. No smile and not welcoming. We took the wrong lift as there were no guidance, and ended up have to use the staircase instead (ibis and adagio uses the same building but different lifts)
Our room cards couldn’t work after a day when we were out and had to go back to lobby to revalidate
Room service came but did a shoddy job, didn’t even replenish depleted toilet rolls
Windows were closed however air conditioning detects wrong info and refuse to switch on citing our windows were opened. We had to use the fan for the second night
