Very nice room, with good amenities. EAsy check in.

We paid and reserved for a 2 bdrm duplex but offered to upgrade us with a 1 bdrm with balcony? Our daughter was looking forward to get her own bdrm not a balcony we didn’t care about. Very DiSAPPOINTED! The toilet/bthrm from our bdrm has a strong bad smell of sewer. Bed is comfortable.

Numa vita hotel is beautifully decorated, I was welcome by a very cool looking lobby, the self check-in was seamless and safe! I happened to bump into one of the staff, he graciously showed me how to lock and unlock the door, introduced me to laundry and locker room - very helpful! The room we stayed at was clean and huge ! Love that spiral staircase and the wood grained hardwood flooring, huge window, nice shower, and the window soundproof was so wonderful, we all have pleasant sleep. It would be helpful to provide some public transportation tips , overall, I had a pleasant stay, and will definitely book here again!

My family booked a 2 bedroom apartment and were contacted the day of our stay and told that our room had been double booked on the first night. We were offered a 1 bedroom apartment and a small refund as a gesture of good will. The refund offered did not even cover the difference in price of the downgraded room. After communicating this we were offered a 2 bedroom and a smaller refund. Fast forward to almost a month later and we have not received the refund which was supposed to be paid in 5 - 10 days. Communication on day 2 (when we were required to move rooms) was poor. The chat feature on what’s app was awful, we requested our new room details via this channel, after having 3 chats ended on us without an answer we were finally provided this information 3 hours after we first asked. The property was lovely but our experience of communication and administration was very poor.

It was wonderful. Only minor issue was the vanity counter is very small which leaves no room for cosmetics or hair straightener.

Great apartment with comfortable beds and a great shower. Close to the city center and to NYU campus

Perfect hotel! New,clean, comfortable ❤️ highly recommended

It’s a lovely little apartment. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean. The communication was great! There were some items missing. For example, no wine opener. The shower door leaks out the bottom. Overall a lovely place and a great price!

This was my 2nd stay here in the month! I brought my family this time and they absolutely LOVED IT! The rooms are pristine and its the only place Ill stay when in Florence! Great communication, beautiful area, safe and absolutely wonderful! My son attends University in close nearby area. Thanks again for a great stay! A

Absolutely perfect stay in this area. Convenient and pristine! Staying again in 2 weeks there! Thank you for a wonderful time.
