Rooms and pillows smells old sweat. Very bad place and very rude staff. You pay additional 10$/ day for parking

Location was amazing. So much within walking distance with mall and shops across the street. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Lobby staff let us check in early with no extra charge and were very helpful. I will Definitely stay there again if I am back in Glendale.

Everything was great about our stay here! Only difficulty was our heeler/border collie mix dog was able to open the leaver handled door knob from inside the hotel room and escaped while we were not there. He was found but just a warning to guests with smart dogs.

Expect to pay additional 10$ parking. If you’re staying more than one night there is no cleaning available u less you request it ahead. The bedsheets smells bad and not clran. The rooms smell bad and not clean. And it’s nit an Inn as there is no breakfast or any food ir water served. Staff do not care if you stay at the hitel or leave. They will tell you there are no rooms available even if there are. Also be aware they close the front desk 1-2 hours afternoon and you have to wait until they come back.

พอใช้ The hotel is horrible. Highly priced with the bad service, the staff are extremely rude and they close the reception anytime and you have to wait outside hours until they finish lunch or come back. The rooms are dirty they clean them only before you book them and if you book more than one day they don’t clean the room until you leave. The bed sheets smells sweat and people in other rooms smoke weed and marihuana and couldn’t sleep all night but no one cares. Some eooms have bad energy in them maybe because there are not clean.

A great night out .The Galleria food is A plus and the most comfortable beds in LA under 200 dollars.

Very simple but nice. In the middle of it all. Great pool and room! Perfect for me by myself, and I only needed one night’s sleep before driving back to San Diego. I’d stay there again!
