Overall we had a great time staying at Jam Porto, the location is excellent with the metro station 5 mins away. The hotel was very clean and beds made daily. The pool area was lovely but we struggled to get a sun bed. The layout of the rooms was unusual and quirky and did mean they were dark inside as the bedroom was located upstairs. The stairs were also very odd, half steps to accommodate the steepness making them feel quite dangerous. There was air-con in the room but it is controlled at reception and the default setting was high, we asked for it to be lowered which it was but wasn’t very effective and it didn’t reach the upstairs bedroom at all but there was at least a fan provided for the bedroom.

Really nice funky hotel - The bed is not very well placed in the room though & fridge didn’t cool down. But all in all a nice stay ☺️☺️

Very nice stay at this hotel. The pool was small, would be nice if the pool would be bigger for swimming.

Room was lovely and very clean. Bedding was very soft and comfortable. Aircon in the room was lovely as well as the small terrace. I wasn’t told of any amenities or where they were at check in however I did find the pool and cafe area, but I was unsure of where other things were. If you are staying during a music event that you aren’t attending it is extremely loud. They said it would finish at 11pm which it did but keep this in mind if you have early morning wake ups. It’s a little further out of the city but the metro is close by and uber is cheap

We did not have breakfast so I cannot comment on that. The room was very minimal. The staff was excellent. The location was perfect to walk to the train/Metro, which is what we were looking for that checked all the boxes. the staff are very, very helpful.

Close to Campanha but uphill, so consider that if carrying suitcases. Property is clean, brand new, very stylish and modern, in general: fantastic value.

This is such a cool hotel! I only stayed for 1 night, but it was definitely the most memorable. Great price, cool decor, very roomy, and kind staff. They have record players in the room and records you can borrow in a music room near the lobby. Lots of spots for hanging out and a nice outdoor pool. It’s not in a very touristy area, but close to the train station and so easy to get an Uber there too.
