Nice rooms and nice staff.

The hotel is very close to the old town and the cathedral. The room was very charming and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had a basement room. Nobody was taken care of breakfast. Not orange juice refill,no tortilla available

A very old stone building very nicely renovated and modernized. Our room had small windows but the stone fireplace and old sink were gorgeous; the A/C worked great. We had the hotel breakfast one morning--it was fine, reasonable cost; but there are plenty of cafés nearby as well. Alda corp evidently runs several similar hotels in Santiago.

Great service overall. AC not the best tho

Cold showers, soap machines that didnt work. Storage on floor. Deposit for key card. Really good $6 breakfast. No heat, cold at night. Mixed dorms.

Beautiful view of the town. Well appointed, clean room. Huge bed. Helpful and friendly staff
