The hotel was clean, and conveniently located to public transportation. Loved being a bit away from all of the action. The WiFi left much to be desired, we were constantly getting kicked off of it. The heated mirror in the bathroom was a bit too warm and suffocating. The gym was pretty sad, and the game room was not existent and being used for storage. We only had one interaction with a hotel employee (you check in and out at a kiosk), and they were not very helpful. Also, having a restaurant listed is a bit misleading, as it is just the breakfast location.

Room was big corner room overlooking the city. Tram 2 stop is just outside so easy ride to city center. Breakfast was good and abundant but could be hotter. Limited option for gluten free diets. Room was clean and good shower.

Super great location, tram stop was right out front, super convenient!!

Great room!! The room is spacious and stylish. You could stay for weeks and put everything away as if you were at home. Excellent breakfast and staff

Nice staff, clean hotel

Lovely place, great location, lovely views from the rooms

Hotel is in a quiet corner of the city, very accessible by public transport (trams and metro). Friendly and helpful staff. Quick and easy check in and out procedure. I like r ask for anything more really.

Clean room, stay was great for what we required

The room cleanliness was up to our standard; maybe just the wall where the bed was leaning against and our heads would lean against could do with some wiping. Other than that even the carpet felt clean to step on. The staff were extremely helpful - answering our queries on Expedia, guiding us in unlocking/locking the bicycles which we rented from them. They were generally friendly and helpful. No worries in asking them any question. The room was spacious with plenty of space to open two big luggages. I love the coffee machine which served as hot water dispenser too. The toilet was sparkling clean and the air conditioning was functioning fine. The hotel was located right in front of a tram station. There’s a little neighbourhood with good breakfast and laundromats just round the corner too. I had a very enjoyable stay with my partner!

Faultless stay. The rooms were always clean and looked very smart. The breakfast had a great variety and tasted great (the juice actually tasted like juice and not watered down squash you tend to find at hotels) The tram station is a 10 second walk across the road which was so convenient as this took you direct into the main Hussle of the city yet the hotel was far enough out that you never heard any commotion. It was a self check in which caused a bit of problem as they had an issue with a machine but I imagine that would be sorted and I would strongly recommend for the price that we paid
