Convenient and clean.

Professional staff and very convenient to the station!

Very helpful staff, great location

When I told the staff that there was a spider in my room, they brushed it off.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room.

Excellent stay. Location is perfect. Just a few minutes from Jiyugaoka station. It was absolutely wonderful staying in this area of Tokyo. While the room was small, it was very clean and had everything you need. Staff here are extremely kind and helpful. Free coffee in the lobby. Elevator available for use. Two negatives: 1. Despite asking several times, we had some issues with the A/C. It would randomly shut off during the night and seemed to be on a timer despite a tech setting the timer off. Not a huge issue as it wasn’t very hot during our visit but was kind of annoying. 2. The carpet in the room is very much due to a replacement.

The room smells.

We love this boutique-ish hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful, the room was a good size, the bathroom was big and interesting. It was also super close to the train station, groceries, boutiques, and the most amazing Pizza17. Loved it!

I have stayed there many times - which the best endorsement I can privude

Room clean, friendly and helpful staff, A/C controls confusing but effective once learned, many shops and good restaurants nearby.
