The hotel is a bit dated, but clean. If you get the middle tier room, its pretty roomy. I had pleasant stay.

ดี Abit Noisy as it is located right beside the railway, abit far from city center due to the traffic condition in HCM, but overall a good stay for budget traveler

ดีมาก My boyfriend and I previously stayed in this hotel for around three weeks and have since used it for a transit stop on our travels. The staff are friendly with good English & the location is lovely, in the heart of the cafe district of Saigon (the city centre is around 15 minutes away by bike). Yen Nam hotel is very close to the train tracks but this was no problem for us, the trains aren't very regular, nor are they loud enough to wake you. The hotel is very clean and modern with good facilities, we'd be happy to stay again.

ดีมาก The place is good for crashing over night if you just transit in Saigon and wait for next day flight. Room is small but it is clean and has basic utilities. I wouldn't stay there for a long period because it is next to the railway and the noise from the train at night is quite annoying.

Hotel is nice but service very bad, there big lady work reception not friendly and very bad service customers. Not come here again.
