La Li was so helpful and the guesthouse was clean and well located. Would highly recommend for anyone going to Luang Prabang

Good value , clean room and good AC and Wi-Fi. Location is tricky. It’s good since it’s on quieter side of town but bad because bamboo bridge wasn’t there and had issue getting around if boat wasn’t available. Some tour or van don’t drop off or pickup from this location

Wonderful family who runs this property. Everything is clean and tidy. There is a small boat—a 2 minute walk—that takes you across the river to avoid the mile long walk. Clean hotel!

The hotel advertisement needs to be updated. It is not within walking distance of the main attractions, as the bridge connecting this part of LPB to the city center is no longer there. I also would not recommend booking taxis or tuk-tuks through the hotel, as they charge very high prices. I was fortunate to know someone from Laos who helped me book much cheaper transportation through InDrive. I was given a twin room instead of the double room I originally booked, which I only realized while writing this review. The bathroom sink was cracked, and housekeeping was minimal, they only made the bed and did not replace towels or properly clean the room. The Wi-Fi connection was intermittent throughout my stay.

The owner was very kind for everything: gave me pros and cons while I was asking for airport pick up and also while I departed from hotel to airport. And he was going above and beyond to help me to print out my Cambodia visa. Place was very clean and quiet. Had a wonderful stay . Would stay there again if visiting Luang Prabang.

We spent 5 nights in Luang Prabang and the Phonepraseuth Guesthouse was perfect for our visit. Mr. Kim suggested places to visit and went above and beyond even driving us to the airport. Rooms are a great value, comfortable, and are as pictured. If you're staying in Luang Prabang, this is a great place to stay.
