Staff weren't overly welcoming or helpful. The shower curtain in the ensuite was falling down and the toilet flush panel was falling off the wall. The 4 bunk beds were all part of the same unit, meaning if anyone moved you all felt/heard it. Exceptionally hot in the room, but there were groups gathering outside the dorms and playing music until after midnight so not ideal to have the windows open. Be mindful of the €7+ charhe (in coins only) to store luggage for a day, and the staff who won't help you with coins if you don't already have them. On the up side, the Belushis downstairs is a top notch bar for sports.

Not very convenient, no kitchen and no AC in the hell heat of summer and no real useable common area.

Better don’t go it’s terrible especially in summer very tiny room and no fan air conditioning, just its locker not for humans

The room had no air conditioning and not even a fan. It was extremely hot and very uncomfortable. Overall, it was a very bad experience.

The hostel is ok for young people who don't need much sleep. The bar in in the courtyard is very noisy. The reception area was clean and well maintained, but the stairs were tatty and dirty. The room was clean, but again in need of maintenance. The reception staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was fine and the hostel is situated close to the Gare du Nord.

I booked this hotel and made an error two seconds later I asked for a refund , and was diened would never ever booked them again . Two seconds and they couldn't refund me . Unacceptable

Clean room, helpful and friendly staff especially receptionist, Rose.

Very convenient for Gare du Nord. Comfortable bed with curtain and storage. Breakfast was basic but plentiful
