Excellent enjoyed my stay

My room has no windows, the air conditioning unit was not working but even when switched off, it emitted the same volume of noise as if it was switched on. Staff member said hotel was full so I could not change rooms. It was during the heat wave.

I enjoyed my short stay at the Z Hotel, the room was compact but very clean and quiet. I really liked the fact that they supplied oat milk as standard with the tea/coffee facilities in the room - this was such a nice surprise. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I am attending an event in the area particularly as it is very close to a tube station for getting around.

Stayed in one of the windowless rooms. While it's small, the bed is a decent size, and the room was fully equipped. Can definitely recommend

Good budget chain hotel in central London, excellent value for money. Comfy bed and soundproof rooms. Good breakfast. Would happily return!

Compact and convenient. Very helpful staff that addressed issues promptly. Room was generally well maintained, but some attention needs to be paid to plumbing. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Good location, helpful staff, easy controls

Great stay.

To start, NO ELEVATOR! Then, it was unusually hot in London and AC for my room wasn’t cooling it enough! It looked like they had that problem in other rooms because there were fans around in the hallways. Also, the room felt run down but the bathroom was nice, great towels!

The hotel is badly maintained and on our visit the only lift was out of order and the air conditioning in the room was not working (we paid extra to stay here as it was so hot outside, we wanted AC). Waste of money. The rooms are hub type rooms and extremely small, nigh on impossible to make a coffee as the table space is totally taken up by the kettle and water bottle. These also block the sockets. You have to crawl along the bed to reach this table, as you cannot walk down the side. Furthermore they put a service charge on all of your food and drinks even when you go to the bar and are not waited on; they do this without asking advising you.
