First of all, the staff are all awesome! However, we stayed there twice within 1 week, and both times there were problems with the elevator. Many things are worn out or dated. I removed the toilet tank lid to tighten the flusher so it would work. The faucet was loose. The a/c didn’t work great during our first stay, and froze us at 74 the second time. It didn’t seem that changing the temperature did anything. Breakfast was nice.
In summary, the staff are great, but the building is not in great condition.
