I felt like because we booked through a third-party travel site, we were given one of the least desirable rooms. I can't say for certain that was the reason, but based on our experience, it certainly felt that way.

Instead, we were given a room that was in poor condition. The blankets had rips in them, the bed sheets had what appeared to be blood stains, the bathroom floor was dirty enough that I cleaned it myself, and the bathroom door was broken. The toilet also did not work properly, and I had to request repairs twice before the issue was addressed.
What made the experience even more frustrating was the customer service. While a few employees were friendly and welcoming, several others were rude, dismissive, and made us feel like our concerns were an inconvenience. When I requested a room change because of the condition of our room, I was told it would cost even more money. After paying $4,200 for our stay, I found that response unacceptable.
