The hotel was wonderful! Very clean room and facilities. Good breakfast buffet for 12 Euros. Wonderful outdoor area. We did not use the spa, but it looked nice. The fitness area was tiny, but the equipment was new and nice. We would be happy to stay there again!

I highly recommend this beautiful and comfortable accommodation. The stafff is amazing. Alice was top notch and attended to our requests with perfection. Can’t wait to come back!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Breakfast was delicious and the hotel is few minutes from two very good Indian restaurants!

The hotel was fine but it is advertised as a hotel and spa. You can’t use the spa without an appointment and you can only get an appointment in the afternoon for 90 minutes

Hotel is a lovely location in the city. Walking distance from the train station. When you enter off a busy street the space is peaceful and opens to a fruit tree garden with a spa. We booked massages and enjoyed lunch on the outdoor patio in the garden. Was a perfect 1 night getaway.

It was a very relaxing stay at this hotel. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was fabulous very relaxing with blue lights in the shower. I enjoyed the spa. The only problem is you need to make reservations for the pool/sauna/hotub and sometime that might be inconvenient.

What a wonderful hotel. Rooms had everything we needed. Place was neat and tidy. Friendly staff. And a wonderful spa that was much needed after a long day of walking around Florence. Would definitely stay here again.

I loved the hotel and staff who were so friendly and the oasis of the spa and garden was wonderful after a long day exploring Florence. It’s a little out of the centre but easily accessible on foot in 15 minutes. All roads lead to the Duomo, piazza Santa Maria Novella, or the tram station (very close). The pizza and Gelato experience was the best event we organized. . Skip the line Accademia was a disaster- ended up queuing with the general public and collection instructions vague. Best experience was talking to Fillipo - a florentine fashion designer whose family has lived close to the Uffizi for over 500 years. A very elegant, engaging, and stylish man who gave our visit that extra sparkle!
