A first class hotel. Great amenities and restaurants in the hotel. Staff wonderfully attentive and helpful. Beautiful room and very comfortable and well appointed.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong for seven nights, and it was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. Every member of the team—from the front desk, reception, concierge, to housekeeping—demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, courtesy, and genuine hospitality. Everyone was attentive to my needs and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, modern, and beautifully maintained throughout my stay. It provided the perfect place to relax after a full day of exploring Hong Kong. What truly made my trip unforgettable was the outstanding concierge service, especially from Marvin Wong. I arrived in Hong Kong with very little planning and wasn’t sure where to visit or which restaurants to try. Each morning, I would seek Marvin’s recommendations, and every suggestion exceeded my expectations. His local knowledge, thoughtful recommendations, and genuine enthusiasm transformed what could have been an ordinary trip into an amazing and memorable experience. From sightseeing attractions to exceptional dining spots, every recommendation was spot-on. Marvin’s dedication to providing personalized service is a true reflection of the exceptional hospitality at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. He made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. My sincere thanks to Marvin Wong and the entire Grand Hyatt Hong Kong team for making my visit so enjoyable.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Great for families and traveling. Excellent location.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt HK. Staff were amazing and a wonderful location. Would definitely recommend this hotel and we will stay here again.

The rooms are great. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works great. The blackout shades are also great. The gym was very nice. And they have a great selection of restaurants to choose from. The location is very well situated as well.

The breakfast is PHENOMENAL! Staff very professional and helpful, and the rooms are prepared everyday.

We had a wonderful stay there. The pool was nice, and the staff were excellent. Location is very convenient. We would stay there again and recommend to others!

This place was extremely clean and the staff was attentive at every call. We unfortunately got a bit under the weather and the staff was able to attend to us 3am very quickly. My wife and I got massages and it was amazing. The location was perfect for my early morning runs. The gym had just enough to continue to stay active.

Very comfortable, well appointed room. Outstanding staff at Reception: particular thanks to Derek at check-in and Susanna at check-out - both were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. Excellent bellboys - sincere in their approach and helpful with luggage and taxis. Polite and efficient room attendant. Superb breakfast buffet. Convenient location.

Very professional establishment.
