Clean room and very nice staff

This is an EXCELLENT hostel and my private room was perfect for my needs. The design / decor of the room was really fun, with lots of thoughtful details, and the room had 2 floor to ceiling windows with small balconies overlooking the street. The front desk staff were warm and friendly and I was able to use the hostel's microwave to prepare my breakfast. The location in the Chueca neighborhood is great, about a 3-minute walk to one Metro line and an 8-minute walk to a different Metro line. It's a really fun area and I highly recommend the Mad Mad Vegan restaurant around the corner. This is a wonderful and reasonably priced to stay in Madrid. Enjoy!

La mejor experiencia que he tenido en un hostal, súper limpio, organizado, los empleados son muy amables y la zona en que está ubicado este hostal es excelente cerca de todo, puedes tomar el metro cerca

It was beautiful but I think the lock system is bit weak, they can add some more reliable locks for the Cupboards.

The area is in is great! It’s super close to everything. The hostel itself isn’t a really friendly environment. Everyone keeps to themselves. The beds weren’t the most comfortable. The ac also isn’t that great. The lockers stink so it made my clothes stink. It wasn’t bad for the price. Overall it was ok

The hostel is in a great area of the city. The rooms ,the shower need an update on general. I did not feel this hostel has the same standards of other hostel i stayed in the past. Would i go back. Yes in regards of the friendly and welcoming staff. But i would not go back in regards of the hostel quality. Sorry I have just been honest. I feel the rooms need an update.
